I've just both a Fetch buff with my Christmas money, now to learn how to wear it lol Hoping to get out for a 6 mile run tomorrow but i'm afraid I've turned into a bit of a fair weather runner so we'll see how it looks in the morning. Need to get back on the running bandwagon, less than 9 weeks until the Cambridge half which I'd forgotten that I'd entered until recently, whoops!

Upside: lovely clear night and the torch works great. Downside: a tubby 17-year-old hanging out the passenger seat of a car outside Netherton off-license, chanting "Virgin! Virgin" at me. That sort of thing would have really upset me when I was one...

Dooogs, I get abuse hurled at me most evenings I run. Once I got slapped on the arse by a boy on a bike.:( mac, I've got Watford half 4 weeks today and feel fat and old. All you have to do is run about 1.92 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
