Doesn't matter how many loos races provide - there never seems to be enough!

In the office on my own today - hope nobody realises I'm here and actually wants anything doing. I'm so tired I could sleep on our filthy floor ;-) Hopefully the Pret Popcorn bar will liven me up!

Move the computer and snooze on the desk LN ;)

Sharktopus is sat on the bonnet of the broken car outside with two sets of tentacles crossed and the others tapping the air impatiently. I have put on running kit.

I have slept on the floor at work before now.
I was cunning and slept on someone else's office floor (who was off that day) so no-one would catch me :-)

Well done Carp! Do some extra miles for me ;-)

I have slept on the office floor before (it was a lot cleaner then!) during an all-nighter. I used my towel as a blanket :-O

I have also slept on the floor at work - but I was called out to an attempted break in at 4am and then had to wait three hours for a glazier. Since the door wasn't actually breached, just cracked, I locked it and snoozed.

I haven't (yet) slept on the floor at work, although I fell asleep in the lecture hall during boring presentations many times :)

I feel ready to go back to bed - the organisation re washing, dinner, housework etc before work so that I can squeeze in my favourite Thursday after school loop and still get daughter to the scout hut for 6.30pm has worn me out. Need to find somewhere to sleep so that I have energy for the run :)

Have a nice run Carp :) - take it easy

I ran. It wasn't great - knee hurts a lot still and now the other one is twingeing - but it wasn't like running through waist-deep treacle like Monday was. Just a bit of residual stickiness perhaps ;)

I am doing Bupa in May if someone wants to add me to the list. I was miles above target but the Achilles injury has slowly brought that down. Hoping to get going again at some point next week.

Hello Herman - and Hamish from the last page, I meant to say hi. Fmail Pompey Paul, he looks after the header. I know what you mean, I was miles above too but knee injury is whittling away at it daily.
