The table normally takes about an hour to update after you've uploaded your run.

Evening all. No running for me today. Fins n chips for supper.

Well done MDF!

I don't think I've had the same tea as anyone else here.
Venison terrine
Lamb with fracassee vegetables and mint sauce
Lemon brûlée tart - that was very tart and a perfect Pud.

The wedding was lovely. One of those cases where a good woman meets a lad on self destruct and changes him completely. I don't recognise M as the same person I first met 11 years ago when he was set for a life of drink fuelled aggression. He's a great bloke (and dad) now. Awwww.

Fleecy you done good. I'm off to read your bog blog.

Friday night is pizza night in our house (and we make our own dough and tomato sauce, nice!) :) lentil dal and rice tonight. Good to see carpathius raising the tone of the thread with a bit of culture ;} My wife has been down to London for the day to see an art exhibition by a black American artist called Kara Walker. She had studied some of her stuff last year and then we noticed that she was having her first UK exhibition in Camden. Sue set the alarm clock for 5.45 a.m. this morning. The alarm went off and there was a fluttering above. One of our cats had brought in a live starling. i eventually caught it with my dressing gown and it then made an escape through the bedroom window. Left me no excuses but to get up and attend the local parkrun. Glad I did. :)

So glad you survived MDF - my x-c was bloody hard work - very muddy and a small field of runners of whom the majority were lithe gazelles in their twenties - I was relieved not to be last (second to last!) and to run the course faster than last week (I think it was pretty much the same one) - forgot to stop the Garmin when I finished, but they said 48.... as I crossed the finish, which for 5 miles of mud and hills I am pretty pleased with.

my non appearance at Cheltenham park run could be a blog but it would be dull. Suffice to say it's still to happen and I promise it will LD. I even had the bh and number 2 son with me.

I missed Out on 700 miles last year by just a few miles, determined to hit it this year. Had a 9 mile run in the rain today.

I hope all's well, even if it's dull TD?

And as blog readers will be discovering, fear of dullness is not putting me off blogging every day :-) *curses the lure of socks hand knitted by a dinosaur*
