Rather than distance. Carp - sorry you're ill. Drink plenty, keep warm, sweat it out and sleep it off. NN and LD - I love the philadelphus scent. There is a philadelphus in my garden which was here when I moved in. It had a few flowers the first couple of years, then nothing but leaves and not many of those. Tried manuring it, tried pruning it; may just have to get rid of it. Out with the running club tonight; some road, some off-road. My brother came too; he rarely runs, though cycles regularly and goes for long and very fast walks. He turned out to be considerably faster than me (he is nearly 14 years younger). Suggested he should join a RC in his home town, but he really hasn't got the time, alas.

Sat in shock just back from the mad stad and we finally won a game. OH has won me a place in the Westminster mile race but have no more details as she already in bed by the time I got home will find out tomorrow. Sleep well all 700ers.

All you have to do is run about 1.92 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
