We were going to Park Run but it was lashing down at 7.30am so I was outvoted. Did manage to get out for my own mini HR this afternoon. More like Waterworld. 9M including several river crossings on very wet bridges and several field crossings in water up to my thighs. Gets quite cold quite quickly. Didn't have to swim so you must have been freezing. Hope you are ok and warming up. Good news SWMBO has agreed to my doing 6 or 7 major races this year Now to get them in the diary before she changes her mind.

All you have to do is run about 1.92 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
