They all sprint past me at club runs, think it is worse thing ever during a training run to sprint finish then just stop. Does nothing for my ITB, so I normally ease down

I met Marigold's parents on their narrow boat in Oxford in 2010 by chance. We got talking about running and they said to look out for him as he was just starting to race internationally. Hasn't he done well!

I raced the last half mile or so of a 5 miler against a shadow. I was determined to beat the person it belonged to. Turned out to be mine :-o

Surely we weren't racing. You were pacing me.
Hmm?

Fascinating blog from Marigold - it's hard to believe he and I are part of the same species :-0 But we're both Fetchies :-)

Club run was so much better tonight compared to last week. I managed to keep up with the group leader for a substantial part of it and even did a drop to the back then run through to the front which I haven't done for months. It was very warm still evem at 8pm!

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2014 thread. Here is the groups link: http://www.fetcheveryone.com/groups-view.php?id=1147

All you have to do is run about 1.92 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
