I did 539 in 2010, so 600 in 2011 seems the thing to do

I'm in! I'm actually aiming for 621 miles (1000K), or at least I would like to achieve at least that. The more, the better, but you never know if injury is lurking aorund the corner. Touch wood things seemed ok this year. Last year I did 522 miles (840K), I had a few crappy months, my worst being Feb @ 38K and best was October @ 102K. Good luck everyone |

I have tried and failed to reach 500 the past 2 years but if things continue to plan & I avoid illness & injury I have a stretch target of 600, which I was easily on target for by May last year.... so I might well lurk around here from time to time if thats ok. I am worried about aiming to high but I know I can do it if life allows.... Good luck to you all |

Managed 568 last year so 600 is not too far away. Want to stay injury free and enjoy the running.
