Bluebell2325 Oct 2011 4:42pm, 3 Oct 2011 308 posts	0 Bluebell2325 I should have been able to easily knock at least 5mins off, been running quite well, but I was sick (like properly puking) Monday/Tuesday and had a chesty cough after that (still got it) - so I should probably think myself lucky to have got around at all!? Yes, positive mental attitude, need to rest, get properly better and move on. Thanks! x

Caz. Jan 2012 3:38pm, 2 Jan 2012 376 posts	0 Caz. Hi everyone, just checking in with my final total for 2011. I managed 766 miles in the end. I was up to 760 with 2 weeks to go and then I got what turned out to be a fairly minor injury, but it stopped me running for about a week and a half. I was hoping to pip 800 miles which was totally do-able until the leg problem. Anyhow all mended now and hope to do 800 this year Happy New Year to everyone, I hope you have a great 2012!
stickland Jan 2012 6:11pm, 2 Jan 2012 39 posts	0 stickland 920 for me - marathon traing meant mileage was way higher than I had originally thought of doing. Not sure if Im going to go for that again. Enjoy your running.
