I'm 60 and 2 months today. I've only run 33 miles as a 60yo. So many niggles; so much time to recover.

"Lovely to see Jenny, Schnecke and Columba still going strong πŸ’ͺ"
I don't know about strong, Mrs Jigs (Luverlylegs), and can't answer for Jenny and Schneke, but yes, I am still going. No more racing. Occasional parkruns.

The lovely thing about being 75+ is that I can now adjust my work hours to suit my other interests and inclinations. One of those inclinations is to spend as much time as possible being active outdoors. I now have time for running or walking several times each day. I no longer have any inclination to race and therefore I am happy to run at whatever pace I feel like on each occasion – usually quite slow. Most days I find time for two exercise outings; sometimes I do two runs (but rarely more than 4 K each) and sometimes a run plus a walk on the hills. We are lucky to have routes into delightful hilly countryside from our doorstep.
