How are things with you now?

So so close to my 3rd 70 for a Fetch Silver Standard. But not quite close enough. Bugger! There are some very speedy F60s in our league - I was 11th out of 18 in 46:54. The fastest finished in 37:40. Have to say though, I do feel I'm getting more competitive again and am even contemplating working on my speed to try and get a bit nearer the top end of the 18!

By the time we reach 60 I reckon only real keenies keep going with running/athletics/cycling etc etc, so there's a bigger proportion of the smaller pool who are seriously fast/good whatever.
