If you do one, I recommend sunglasses. Its tree lined and they tend to be shedding debris that time of year that always seems to find its way into my eyes

I managed 20:21 at Edenbrook Country parkrun today for my 2nd best parkrun of the year. I was ahead of target through 3K but was rubbish in the next K so lost it there. To be honest I still think I have a bit of fatigue in my legs from Marlow so I'm happy with the time. I’m at Storeys Field next week which is meant to be fast to I’ll go for it again there. I just looked in todays results and they had 50 parkrunners sub-20 :-O

21:23 is my best this challenge block (week 10/16) and I was hoping to best that at parkrun yesterday. I arrived late, lower legs were a bit fatigued and I gassed at 3.8KM to finish in 22:39.

I start a new training plan Monday and hopefully once I get used to the fatigue, might make an improvement on those times before week 16.

Missed our flat 5k local race yesterday as I've been unwell. When I get back on it I'll have to head to Felixstowe Parkrun. Wasn't expecting a pb, but was aiming sub 21.
