I definitely need to do more S&C as well. I used to have a bodyweight only leg strengthening routine but I haven't used it for a couple of years.

Core h routine is great: Do not start with 50 secs if you haven't done core work for a while!! |

Three parkruns in a row and I have got 22:13, 22:14 and 22:11. Conditions have been quite different each time but my times are annoyingly consistent. |

Njo I call that knocking on the door before kicking it down. You'll probably find a big jump in times soon. I spent a few years running 20:0x, then straight into 19:35. Weird how that works.

Haven't been to parkrun for bit, but it looks like our local late May flat fast 5k race is ob this year. 20:21 in 2019 and I wasn't 100%, 3 months to get my arse in gear to give it a shot. By comparison my Parkruns at the time where a minute slower. |

Broke under 22 minutes with 21m 31 this morning. Very satisfied with that.
