I also hit 10k in 44:05 on that run. It was also on a route with 188m of elevation. I reckon on a good day, with a flatter route, I might be able to break 21, but sub20 is what I'd really like

After surgery last August, I got a 28:30 in November and then 22:43 in April. At the moment, I'm doing the Garmin 10k training plan with a 5k time trial thrown in just over halfway in. Will see if I can beat 22:43 on Saturday. Hopefully I'll be able to run on track.
