Like a marathon, but don't stop. I wouldn't train differently unless it was on odd terrain.... |

As I see it, I've done a marathon in 3:27 this year, and one in almost 5 hours. My 50k's going to be like the 5 hr one in terms of time on feet, but without the hills. Long run's the key, innit? What event PJ? |
