Well done SP, we've had a bad year for injuries amongst us... lets hope for more running and less bench sitting next year!

May I wish everyone here a very happy new year, and if possible an injury-free year, with lots of PBs & no PWs! With different periods of injury, I kept changing my mileage target in order to be realistic. My final target was 1000km (621.4 mls) in 2018, which I accomplished with a 5 mile run yesterday the 31st December. In fact my total was actually 621.5 mls. |
