Another group for another year, but whether you're aiming for 500 or more or less lets just have a nice little social group to share our goals and running antics. As always I will do the spreadsheet so you can add your race plans and a link to set your personal target: Target miles Link Link (roll over me to see where I go) to set your mileage: Go to the Train tab scroll down to where it says - annual mileage targets there should be a little box to the right in red, click for run and add your mileage. Race Planner Link Link (roll over me to see where I go) If you update the race planner after I've updated the header drop me an fmail or a reminder (or 2) on the thread so I know to update. Thanks |

Right guys and gals.... rather than people being restricted to 500 miles lets just go with whatever the heck you like. I'm personally going for 1000km but I do love the chat on this thread and the support is always top notch. Lets have more of the same for 2017!!

I'm planning ten marathons for charity in 2017, so that will give me half the required mileage. A month ago, I was on course for 500 but various circumstances put pay to that for another year.

May join here doing the 700 thread as well but have goals along the way not got close to that for some years First goal to run 169 miles though hope to run loads more time to make running properly part of my life again. And maybe some races
