Well done on the 500 miles possum that is very impressive with your earlier injury. I am still hopeful to get to 310 by the end of the year.

I have actually ran on Christmas Day, not been doable for a number of years due to injury and work, boy it felt good even though it was only a 2.5 mile stroll.
Thanks everyone for your support and good wishes, Ihope everything turns out ok for you jinglegeordiebells and Lip Gloss
Keep the faith fitzer, injury stinks but we can recover

New thread created for 2015. I have made a new tab for 2015 and will delete the 2014 if everyone is happy for me to do so (thinking if anyone has put in races on the 2014 thread I don't want to lose them)

Look forward to seeing you all over there.

I am still struggling big time with this cold but hopeful of a end of year plod on Wednesday.

Thanks jinglegeordiebells!

5 miles shy of 300 for the year in the end. Sooo tempted to go out after work for a sneaky one but 5 miles might be a bit brave. Foot coped well with trail and hills at Brockenhurst (winter) parkrun, not so well with 5 hours wandering around Bletchley Park... but seems to have recovered from that so nearly ready to try over 5k...
Thanks all for support, see you on the new thread!

Made it to 500 today! I've not been the most frequent contributor to this thread, but the existence of it has kept me going through December, so thanks to all for that.

Everyone is welcome, whether you don't want to set an official target or you may be aiming further but still want to pop by for a chat/offer some words of wisdom or just because the door is always open and kettle is on.
