I have managed my first run today this month. Only 3 miles though and i felt really unfit. Foot niggled a bit during the last mile but i came straight home and did my yoga DVD and touch wood everything seems ok. May need to drop out of Thorney 10k at end of month though as will not be fit enough.

I am away for both of of the weekends in between and unlikely to fit any running in. Nor have I run 10k once this year yet!

I wont- i have paid for it now any so wont make the final decision till the day itself! Unless I get more injuries of course! These current ones completely sorted yet so some gentle running the order of the day to ease back into it.

I can feel very little improvement in my leg. Now I know the Sandy 10 is out of the window, too. I'll be back, though.
