I'm up for this, managed 513 miles in 2007, just despite injuries and a major attack of the CBAs in December. Aiming for 600 miles but it will probably be a real challenge to get there particularly with the way I seem to keep falling off my MTB and hurting my ribs.

After the complete washout this week has been cycling wise I was glad to get out running with the club. 5 miles on a really good route, nice mix of hills. Going to stop being a shoe tart and get the new shoes on today and get them dirty. Its not raining here today.

Oops forgot to say hi - I joined because Im new to running (only started towards end of 2007, only joined Fetch in the New Year) and this is an excellent motivator for new/casual RUNNERS (no such thing as joggers in my book - just 'differently paced' athletes :) )
