Turns out that I've done 8 this week, so, mathematically, should make it. (Ignoring the three big races I'm in this year, natch!) Finally a target which means something to us joggers, like a sub-55 10K... |

Marvellous. I did 501 last year and would like to do more this year but we shall see. Again I think 1000 is a bit too high to aim, so 600-750 would be great. As long as it's at least 500, injuries/health etc permitting
