Unfortunatly not :(

A combination of my mums OH birthday, needing to be able to walk normally tommorrow at graduation and still being a bit achey make it not possible to race today

Maybe a couple of gentle miles :)

Just popping in to say finally updated my mileage from the weekend and i am now sitting at 304 which is more than double last years total mileage of 151! I would have liked to have got here by end of June but very nearly....want to sustain this and make it a 'negative split' of a year and do more miles in the 2nd half than the first. Hope everyone is running well and healing well to those injured.

Hello all. It's been a bumpy, injury-fuelled few months for me after an excellent start to the year. This week I have achieved a higher mileage than any week since February - 10 miles. It's not amazing but I'm encouraged by it.

I've been learning chi running - it takes a lot of concentration and effort, but it seems to be helping. My calves are nowhere near as tight as they used to be, so fingers crossed that this is the solution I've been looking for! I've got a long way to go yet but onwards and upwards.
