Nothing at all from me. A few days off before lurching into the 2021 challenge.

Just got over 42000 for the year. Very pleased with that, as the last couple of months have been a bit shit both personally and training wise.

But 2021 is a new year, and new challenges.

And well done everyone, because 600 thousand press ups between us all is a lot of press ups.
One million next year?

But have a great New Year, covid restrictions notwithstanding.

I think I am going to aim at core all week, but not at the weekends....and I have got myself close to 200 each time I do any last night was 6 sets of 2x15 with 60 sit ups. I ususally do a set of other stuff too, so press ups are just a part of it. I reckon that is somehwere around 40k, that'll be good in anmogst 5 hours of strengething a week, so 40008.....:-)

I'll be short of the goal for this year, but know that it is doable, so... back to it tomorrow 😀
