having seen v-raps blog I did wonder about press ups ... do you guys follow a plan or just do some?
I struggle with proper ones (may manage 1 or 2 on a good day!) so would it be best to do girlie press ups or just manly ones?

EP just start out slowly, maybe against a wall and gradually use furniture to get lower, or do girlie ones on your knees. Do a couple at a time and build up gradually, there's no set programme. Maybe try to do 3 sets each day and don't forget to have rest days too.
