Yay, I passed 365 hrs yesterday, but December has had to be my most training time ever recorded month to get there....However a mix of running, cycling, swimminng and pilates has seen my all round fitness improve and hopefully injury proof me.....

This target was a belated thing for me given that all my mileage targets were missed after injury and 365 hrs was achievable if I had a solid last 6 weeks of the year. Will this continue on for 2012, if so I will join up, and based on what I have achieved in December, if I can stay injury free, 500 hrs is achievable. 2012 will be the year of cross training where I run less miles (well probably actually more as I wont be injured) and add in cycling, swimming and pilates |
