57.5 Degrees of Pain
I'm about 2195 having finally updated the training. Certainly should beat last year but 3000 is a reach.

Ive just checked, I need to avge 71 miles per week to break 3000. Given I have only exceeeded that once this year, its definitely not on the cards

I was not far off the pace but pulled a hip flexor in September and that put paid to that. I'm back running today but not 100% and mileage will be low this month.

Nice total Avon! I'd need 70 miles a week from now so that is unlikely, but I'd hope to be up near 60 a week.

Nice one Avon & well done at W100! 57.5, like you I'm going to need to put 70 mile weeks in now if I'm going to reach the target. I don't think it's going to happen but I will see how November goes?

Excellent. Two months off Guys if 70 mile weeks was all it would take I'd be on it, get running. I need a couple of 450 mile months, not writing it off yet, lol! |
