I'm planning to do it every day in Oct but I'm building up with a few practice runs now - my upper body was in bits after the first one!

As I have a few minor niggles at the moment I have decided to take a couple of weeks of only very short/slow/steady plodding runs and do some strength/conditoning instead to make sure the niggles go away and dont become injuries so it was at 6:15am I dragged myself up out of my bed to join Gillian for 30 days of torture! On a positive note I am finding the abs much easier than when I last did this so must be stronger.

I did a day last week. I ached quite a bit the next day.

I had to amend the abs bits though as I'm only 6 weeks post baby. I'll try and get it done today after the tescos delivery has been :-)

Good to see fellow fetches "enjoying" working out with Gillian. I do love this Dvd and having done it a couple of times can confirm it does work. In fact its the only DVD workout I;'e ever found that actually does what it claims to do. Bizarrely I find the Level 1 & 3 OOK but always struggle with Level 2. I have a badly grazed knee after a fall at Equinox 24 which makes the press ups hard (I have to do the cheat ones as I can't do proper ones yet!)

I'm the same. Last time I did it I skipped up from 2 to 3 quite quickly because I didn't like 2. I think it hurt my back a bit

Day 2 done. Some upper arm and inner thigh DOMS but not nearly as bad as last time I did this so feeling quite positive.
