Winded
My injury from last year is very annoying. I can bike now and run but very time go in the pool I can't do anything for a week - so I'm giving up for 2016 and picking up on my 2015 downstream progress in 2017 - probably.

Little Nemo - this kitten can
Well done IM  Sorry to hear you're having to give up on the swimming Winded I've had wrist problems over the last few weeks so no swimming for a while. I did a test swim yesterday and I've committed to a 500m race this evening. It feels a lot better so I'm hoping if it holds up I can start to pick up the mileage again. |

hurrah, I'm almost at the Red Lion at Castle Eaton. I think I deserve a drink, it's taken a blooming long time! At this rate it will take about 5 weeks to get to Kempsford 2.5 miles away. bad news, winded. hope you get better soon. |

following my longest ever f/c swim this morning (1.7k) i am now at RAF Fairford (17 miles along the thames). unfortunately i appear to be too late to spot any stray space shuttles!
