How about incorporate the park run into plan every other week? Not sure what local PR is for you but why not take GF along and then go and do something together afterwards - even a coffee and cake afterwards is doing something together.

I'm not sure taking my GF to Parkrun would be a good idea, the wife would go apeshit if she found out. :-)
