I have a helium 100, bit small but only weighs 1kg, 200 size for 2 person is bigger, banshee is similar but heavier. vango.co.uk vango.co.uk and don't get sucked into tent snobbery by some adventure event folks.

Had a peek in the cupboard, and out family tent is a Gelert, and it does leak in proper rain. PL is there any room in the Helium to set up a stove under cover but out of the main compartment?

We have run with it, backpacked with it, car camped with it, she wild camps on her own with it - it's great and has been well worth the expense. The porch is a bit small for two but the new version has a bigger porch (we have a low tech solution of taking a big dry bag and bunging our rucksacks in that outside). It has survived multi-day storms during Pennine Way walks and we have been dry and warm.

I have a Vango Omega 350 which I have used a LOT, it's been hammered by some severe weather and is still waterproof and fully functional - big enough to sit in the front in a couple of chairs and glug wine too I also have a Vango Spectre 200, this is a more lightweight backpacking job and although there's not much storage space, it sure keeps the weather out. Can't go wrong for the 80 quid it cost, easy to put up as well. This doesn't stop me wanting a Terra Nova Voyager I'd better start saving.
