Nice one Paul a. I've been a bit light on miles last 2 weeks but think still on track at 1,565 to end July. How's everyone else doing?

1,551 miles for me. But next month (August) will be a big fat zero. So I drop out now.

Well its month end again!

Had a few lighter mileage months lately as I'm trying less runs per week but longer ones with more rest in between, leaving me on 1,765 miles at the end of Aug.

Might be touch and go for me to hit 2,500 at the end of the yr but intend to keep trying.

How's everyone else doing?

I am still ahead of target despite a week out with an overuse injury (wee reminder to me and warning to everyone to be careful of chasing miles)

2071 miles for me (3333km!). Feeling much better after a good rest in May when I only did 52mi for the month. Jedburgh 3 peaks my main target for the autumn so will be tapering 2nd half of October.

Great stuff Paul a and Dammo.

Bit light on the miles from me in Sep as hit a few injury snags.
Hopefully on the mend now though so will try and resume some more regular running

Well...with only a short run home before month end to get the kids Trick or Treating I am going to be a little shy of target miles but not worried.

Last 2 months have involved some time out with Plantar Fas and then my 2nd ever marathon.
Hopefully got to root cause of my PF now and can start to rack and stack some year end miles :-)

How's everyone else doing?
