Doh, sorry think I missed a month end round up in June!

I blame post marathon CBA from May to be honest!

How's everyone's running going?

I am having a crack at some shorter stuff for a bit as the marathon training really took everything I had!

How did everyone get on in the end ?

After a great start in January, I fell behind with an injury in February that didn't clear up fully until April, a steady summer, a strong autumn where I almost got it back on track, then a further injury in November.

Will end up just over a 100 miles short at around 2394.

Will try for 2500 again in 2019

I’ve failed miserably. Just posted a blog this very second that lays out my excuse for this year.

I managed the target from Jan which feels a long time ago now! Not sure I'll be aiming for it again though. Happy New Year everyone :-)
