I know what you meant, mate. I did my planned 22 yesterday and gave it the hoof as I got close to home at 21. It snowed on me the whole way round. Still, a 50+ mile week makes up a lot of ground on the schedule. |

For the first time in a couple of months I'm ahead of the schedule. Only just and I'm not running tomorrow so I'll drop back below but I should finish the next couple of weeks ahead slightly. How are the rest of you getting on? |

39 miles so far this week, 22 planned for tomorrow before my taper. I'll be the best part of a month's worth of miles up by the time London is over with!

I'm 171 miles up now after a 47 mile week. I'm pleased this year has gone to plan so far with only a couple of aborted miles thanks to the January snow. Last two weeks of my VLM taper coming up. Trying not to get too paranoid! How's your taper Nellers? |

I did a 12 mile run this morning, mate. 9 at easy, 2 at MP, 1 at better than MP. I felt like superman! Just bring it! |

36 miles logged this week as I put my finishing touches to my London preparations. I feel in the best condition of my life and ready to give a good go at sub 3:10.
