1250 in 2010

LJB1 Nov 2010 10:14am, 28 Nov 2010 249 posts	0 LJB1 Having completed 1000 as I saw it fairly comfortably last year, 1250 seemed acheivable - 1500 too much of a jump Sadly the beginning of the year ankle problem never really sorted itself, so am now doin my level best to reach 500 instead - though I have done my first triathlon instead so clocked up unexpected cycling mileage Tell you what I will do an update later today - just for a last bit of incentive if anys needed. Then end of year totaliser. Nursing a nasty chest infection all week - not trained for 4 days, 24 hrs holed up yday just had to get out the door - bright, clear, freezing. Lovely 4 mile run/walk along the canal. Coughing my guts up now. Sorry TMI
XB Nov 2010 2:15pm, 28 Nov 2010 1,804 posts	0 XB Nice to see you LJB. I sneaked past 1,100 this morning. 1,250 is achievable but it's unlikely to happen. I reckon 1,210 is where the clock will stop. I'll be happy with that.

Just hoping the training page is right. Once again stuck out in India and just barely plotting a few miles on the treadmill.
