Why not start off in the 1000 mile club and step up to 1200 when you feel you’re making progress with your target.

Even the year I managed 1400 I failed to get 12 100 mile months. It is easier to get the mileage back over a year.

Clicked off my 100th mile today so am on target even though it's early in the year.Yeah mr d...all sorts of things can get in the way of 100 a month. I've been quite lucky over the last two or three years.

I didn’t have a great year in 2017, what with mishaps and injuries. I did manage 1200 miles though. I’m hoping 2018 will be a better year.

Over 53 miles this month which considering I didn't run for most of December and had stitches in my knee and bashed up ribs/arm isn't too bad.

My long runs are slowly building, hopefully I can't put a few more miles on in Feb.

Well done to everyone good mileages.

Good effort Ness. 😄

I am not getting too hung up on the overall mileage this year, I just want to build a base for some races in the second half of the year / next year.

Hello 😊 can I join the 1200 gang?
I originally set 1000 miles for 2019 but today I went through 1001 miles since I recovered from ME and started running again last May, so I figured that if I can do 1000 miles in 10 months then I should be able to do 1200 this year
