Thanks everyone. I think I’m happy with a race if I’ve done the best I can.
I’m the opposite steve, love the colder weather that’s British cold weather.

Hope you’re ok after your second jab HS.
Have a great weekend peeps.

Thanks LL, I'm feeling ok thanks, and am hoping to do my 56th consecutive not a parkrun tomorrow. It may be slower than usual, in case I have any delayed after effects.

HS, I'm glad your vaccination went OK without any side effects. I'm sure you'll be fine now, but perhaps a little tired.

A sunshiny early run and still only 0c throughout it. I didn't used to mind the chill so much when I was forty years younger!
Good outcome following your jab hh.
Should take a run free day tomorrow after seventeen days without a break; I did a 100 day streak three years ago which started in the same way and didn't really achieve much!

Thanks Evangel and Steve, I am fine this morning, with not even a mark where the needle went in. I did run this morning's 5k with no problems, but took it very easy to be on the safe side.

I felt very lucky to still be active yesterday, as many people queuing for their jabs were in wheelchairs.

I didn't know that you were a streaker Mark😁 As far as I can remember, I have never run seven days a week. I always ran 6 days with one recovery. I now run 5 days a week since my knee injury.

Lovely 8.5 today in beautiful sunshine.

I’ve done a couple of Run every day Months but as you say steve thy don’t achieve a lot 😀
Glad your ok today HS.
I usually meet a man walking in the opposite direction who has some sort of disability.
He had a stick today which made me admire him greatly but made be sad because I’m hoping he’s not deteriorating.

Thanks LL, I'm still feeling ok today, but decided on a rest day, as tomorrow is another virtual CC6 off road challenge. This is 5 miles and we submit our times to our club organiser, who submits them to the CC6 organisers. Our club is currently top of the men's table and women are second in theirs. Hopefully, we will keep up the good work.

Good morning Lorraine and everyone else.

Best of luck for your 20 miler on Sunday

It was a pea souper fog this morning, which slowly cleared and the sun came through.

This morning's CC6 5 miles virtual April Challenge went really well and I was a minute quicker than in March. 44.47 a WAVA of 69.97% I was a bit apprehensive, being only 4 days after my 2nd AstraZeneca Jab, but thankfully, no problems at all.
