Well done LL!! That's a fantastic time. Races usually measure short on a watch, they aren't the most accurate of things. Race organisers need to get a course measured properly so it should always be correct.

Yes big fat phew thanks everyone.

Lesley I think it is an accurate course. I’m guessing it’s the buildings the GPS for everyone varied a lot. Or I cut a lot of corners 😉

Well done Looby Loo amazing time and thanks for the race report. Congratulations on your WAVA PB! The most accurate timings are chip times.

Thanks for the info Steve, re DesL's age, and well done for your 8 miler this morning. You are making good progress.

I ran an hilly road 10k this morning at an easy pace, as I have my second AstraZeneca jab this afternoon.

Hope you're feeling fine after that jab hs.
Still early morning chill when running but glorious sunshine. It's periods of fine weather like this which underline my dislike of November-January days! Many years I've seriously thought about taking the winter months off running!

Thanks Steve, I've no after effects from the jab at the moment, so hopefully I won't have any. Today is a rest day, which is probably a good thing. Hope you enjoyed this morning's run, despite the cold.
