4 easyish miles today as legs feeling it this week.
Having done 2 weeks on the dreadmill ( due to the covid) my legs know theyโ€™ve been outside ๐Ÿคฃ

10k in SUNSHINE before work this morning! Makes such a difference to run in nice weather. Still cold though!

Chiro was great. He has sorted my 'shoulder' but it wasn't really my shoulder - all the muscles around my upper spine were seized up - no doubt from bad posture from sitting and a lap top at a kitchen table all day - and the pain in my shoulder was caused by that. I slept better last night than I have for ages :-)

I was going to say morning all, but I notice the sun is over the yardarm, so, afternoon all.

I went for a 10 mile run this morning. The first 5 miles were great with a howling gale at my back. What a different story on the way home. To use a well known phrase, "It was akin to running in treacle." Something tells me I may well me dozing in the old armchair later on.

Howdy kids

I had a dose of CBA following asthma issues. However, I have bought my kit to work for a chilly lunch time bimble. Still on track target wise.
