Even warmer this morning! With my wife this morning who had the cheek to call it an easy jog after we'd done four miles which was quite uncomfortable for me!!

8x150 sounds a bit ugh in this heat RFJ, well disciplined! I couldn't do that.

RFJ ,that session must have been tough yesterday in the heat.

Steve, I agree, even hotter this morning. I ran 11k with a club mate in the forest, and we nearly meltedπŸŒžπŸ˜“πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

A run of two parts today, divided by time and geography.

Went for a gentle trial jog around in Roundhay Park. Cut short by a phone call telling me I could pick up my FiL from the eye clinic, after possible the shortest appointment ever (last week it overran by about an hour, this week took 20 mins from checking in!)

And then dropped off the car for MrsMMM and ran 5k (properly!) home. It ain't half hot, Mum! 4.5 more done

Well done PeterF, the rain and storms haven't reached the New Forest yet, but the Isle of Wight and Southampton have had them.

Been hot here too. We had a thunderstorm yesterday morning, then the train crash about 20miles from me. Wasn't a great day around here.

Hoping it's cooler later for my intervals. Good running all πŸ™‚.
