Well done everyone on your achievements in 2016. Some of you smashed the 100 miles really early on! Very pleased to have just topped 1100 miles (probably it for the year unless I go out to have a quick test of my new headtorch later). Also just done my highest mileage month ever with 124 miles or 200 km! Hope 2017 brings great running for you all! |

1616 after a wet 9 this morning with group. A personal annual record and a nice number to finish on. Thanks to everyone on group helping me on my way. A fairly event-ful year too (3 ultras, 4 marathons, 5 halfs, 1 12 mile, 2 10ks and a couple of parkruns) 10k PB |

Well done Everyone! I cleared my 1200 this morning, never had 7 miles been so long, it seemed. So then I did 8 to make doubly sure. I'll be glad of that Extra Mile during the Brass Monkey in a fortnight! This is my highest ever running total for a year, and I feel a review of the year blog coming on.... |
