Happy new year, people. I've been a rubbish contributor to this thread, but I've run the miles. All the best for 2013.

I've just finished my last run of 2012, which was my longest run of the year (13.25 miles) and made December my biggest month mileage wise too. Total for year was 1,044 miles. Thank you so much to everyone on this thread for giving so much encouragement and support this year. Happy New Year to you all and here's to a successful 2013!

Horrible weather in Richmond Park today - wet, cold, windy - but my 8 miles takes me to 1,037 miles for the year - ONE more mile than 2011!

And so I pass quietly from committed to obsessed... Happy New Year Fetchies! Another 1,000 in 2013!

well done to everyone who managed to hit the 1000, couldnt have done it without the encouragement of everyone on here, finished my last run this morning, a nice little 8 miler along the coast and loads of runners and cyclists about.

in total i have run 1030 miles this year, over 300 more than i have ever done before and only 100 short of doubling last years mileage !!
