Fetchie Metronome’s advice "don't get swept off fast. Promptly ignored! Windy outbound 1.5km........... hot on the return leg! Only one runner behind me showing amazing determination Claudinha gees me up for a finish, but I’m giving it all I have already, Stunned to come in at 17:53. Not the 22 mins I had prophesied! WAVA was 49.63, must try harder for over 50!
