Didn't do my morning stretches and need to be lying down to do them so will do them tonight. Will do my afternoon stretches when I get to the office.

Little Nemo
I did my physio stuff on Saturday morning. It's quite nice being able to do them at my own pace rather than rushing through before work. Also I do my step-ups on the back door steps so get a bit of fresh air as well. Not sure when I'm going to do this week's sessions though. Wrists are a bit sore so I might have to wait a few days for these to calm down first. 4 down, 96 to go ![]() |
