(Going back a couple of pages) Tikka, hope your hamstring behaves for you and you can get some enjoyable runs in this month. You're spot on about being sensible and healthy for January! 4/100 after some lunchtime loops of the park. Calf niggle seems to have cleared up but I'll keep it easy for a few more days to be safe.
