Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

a smidge under 4 miles to go which i would normally have gone and done later today but as i had a racing first today it can wait until tomorrow

the racing first being falling over doing my 10k this morning at speed, right arm and hand ache somewhat and my right knee area is a bit scraped too

still was an enjoyable run albeit a few mins slower because of the fall

This evenings sun set jog along the beach takes me to 91 also. My first event of the year tomorrow (Hastings Half) will see me March over the line.

Good luck with the PB attempt Smout.

Lovin the sun shine,Ii bet there are a few red faces and shoulders after this weekend and not just those who fall over :-P

I know how you feel Kstu I took a tumble myself last week scrambling over the rock pools at low tide. I slapped my face in the sand and blooded my knee, no lasting damage happily.

If you are going long tomorrow dont forget your sun cream :-)
