A bit of a boost for me yesterday with an off road 26.2 putting me on 70 so far, should make it this month but may be close.

Ohhh Max, my blister also went pop and I had loads of runny nice stuff come out of it, was pretty epic!!

Dowse If it makes you feel any better I'm more than 50 down - we can hang our heads in shame together if we don't make it
I'm trying to follow a plan by Don Fink for a triathlon and although my biking is better than ever (for me), my running isn't doing so well. Its all done on duration and in heart rate zone 2 (I could walk faster), rather than distance (doing my head in)!! I may just do my own plan and if I do really poorly in the race think again.
Well done on all that are nearing or already over the 100. I'm not jealous much

Keep going Dowse and activeight, I was in a simlar place last month after being ill and finished the month off with 104 miles, like Jon says "less then 5 miles a day" so it can be done.
