Thanks USB Taking an enforced break for a few days Thougt I'd run THursday, Friday and Saturday on a sore foot which seemed to hurt less when I ran - but obviously compensating in other ways so now have a painful left calf and right hip - when will we learn?

thanks for doing the list USB. As guardian of said list can you answer a technical question for me please?
I helped a mate out at the TP100 at the weekend, but as it was his last 20 miles we ended up walking rather than running it as planned. If I was run/walking it I'd include it; and I'm putting it on my training log as it's miles/hours on my feet as part of my training, but I'm not sure if it qualifies for this?
