Go Max
Checking out for the month on 142 miles. Happy with that on the basis that I'm moving to trail running and keeping up the VFF only policy.
Last run for a bit though as I'm now off for a vasectomy eeek... February might be a challenge... I forecast a last minute rush to get some big miles in.

Last run done - 148 for the month, better than I expected.
Feb will be a bit more of a challenge I think

Woot. Vasectomy was not too bad. But the doctor was brilliant. Actually had a sensible conversation about how soon to get back to running. He was genuinely very understanding and supportive. Not my experience of doctors to date who suck their teeth and err so ridiculously far on the side of caution.
Feeling that next month might be possible.

I might just possbily do a list tonight if I have the energy after Masterchef. If not I'll take advantage of Mr USB not needing the laptop on a Wednesday instead.

Another 4:61 done on the way to college. Just on a break now and working out that I've only got 2:17 to go. That'll be my run to the train station then.

I fail at 96 miles. Still, it's my highest monthly mileage to date. Next month I'll crack 100 for sure.
