No additional running so far due to severe man flu and a tooth infection. Have done my first bike ride from Kings Cross to London office, there some bloody lunatics on the road, and that's just the othere cyclists

As for me I have an annoying calf twinge that lets me bike but doesn't like me to run... so only 25 running miles as yet but 91 biking miles

Warrior, it counts as horizontal cross-training and is very good for the core...
14 miles progressive long run puts me on 73 for the month so far. Next week will be a bit lighter as I taper slightly for next weeks Gosport Half
