good work warriorsq on the ultra, what was it like doing 62 miles, besides long?
FR, that's a great time! did you not fancy a mile cool down so you can relax for the rest of the month?
I'm on to 110 for the month now, and going to hibernate for the week before the greensand marathon next Sunday

yes jogging to my car and back for my stuff would have been about a mile FR
I too had 3:58 at Leicester but thats cos FR paced me to my first sub 4
i am only on 44 for the month so far however

A lumpy 24 over the south downs yesterday takes me to 75 with Beachy Head Mara at the end of the month, time to rest a little for the next couple of weeks *tapir*

Cheers Naive Steve! It was hard and you go between being dead on your feet one minute to having energy the next. The amazing high I get from long distance running this year is second to none, when I think I had never run more than 10 miles till last Xmas the buzz is great
