well i was on 86 last night..did a swift 3.1 and have a 5 planned for tonight. Should make my first 100 mile month since April..trying to back on track

6 more to take me to 74 but more momentously than that, 730 for the year which is my highest ever calander year so far. Every step from here onwards is more than ever before, hurrah!!
